Return Policy

All articles purchased on www.gottstein.at may be sent back within 14 days after receipt for free by using the return sticker (for Austria and Germany). Customers from other countries may return articles within 14 days to the following address:

Please note that in case the articles must be in the same condition as they were before and include the original label. In case they are returned in an impaired condition, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return and issue an invoice for the impairment.

 

How do I return an article?

Customers from Austria and Germany:

  1. FILL OUT RETURN NOTE: Before you repackage and tape up your return, please make sure that the return note is filled out inside the package.
  2. AFFIX RETURN NOTE: Use the return label from your invoice document and affix it on the parcel. Make sure you removed the initial address label or just oversticker the return note.
  3. SEND PACKAGE: Bring the package to a GLS store nearby. Under this link you can find a GLS store near your location: https://gls-group.eu/AT/en/depot-parcelshop-search

Customers from other countries:

  1. FILL OUT RETURN NOTE: Before you repackage and tape up your return, please make sure that the return note is filled out inside the package.
  2. ADDRESS PACKAGE: Make sure you frank the return sufficiently and send it to our return address:

  3. SEND PACKAGE: Send the package on the cheapest and most economic way back to us. Please let us know about your costs of the return and give us your bank details on the return note. We will refund your costs immediately on your bank account.

 

Refund for returns

Refunds are initiated immediately after receipt of your return. From the return date it can take up to 14 days until we processed and transferred your refund. We refund with the same payment method as used for your initial payment. If necessary, we might ask you to send us your bank details.

 

Return-Sticker (only for customers from Austria and Germany)

The return-sticker is attached in your package. In case you should require an additional return sticker, please contact our customer service via e-mail or phone. We will send you a new return sticker via e-mail.
